Data Deletion

About this page

This page explains how to request deletion of data associated with the Keputusan4D: Live 4D Results Android app, published by Keputusan4D (Ventureo2o) on Google Play. The app does not require an account and holds only the limited data described below.

Data the app may hold

1. Feedback submissions — only if you sent feedback through the app: your email address, your message, an optional phone number or Telegram username, and the language you submitted in.

2. Push notification registration — only if you enabled notifications: your device token, notification preferences, watched numbers, and language.

How to request deletion

Method 1 — delete push notification data (automatic, immediate):

  1. Open the app and go to Settings (the bell icon).
  2. Turn notifications OFF.
  3. Your device token and notification preferences are deleted from our servers automatically and immediately.

Method 2 — delete any or all of your data (including feedback):

  1. Email support@keputusan4d.com from the email address you used in the app (or include your device details if you never sent feedback).
  2. Use the subject line “Data deletion request”.
  3. We delete your data within 30 days and send you a confirmation.

What is deleted, what is kept

Feedback submissions are kept for up to 12 months for support purposes, then deleted. On request, they are deleted within 30 days.

Push notification data (device token, preferences, watched numbers, language) is deleted immediately when you turn notifications off.

We keep no accounts, no payment data, and no location data — the app never collects them.
